Cloisonne bead with heron design
This cloisonné bead has brilliant colors in a fashionable Art Nouveau design style with heron design. Cloisonné is a centuries-old technique. The artisans fill-in the cells with a durable colored enamel, then fire to finish. Gold colored borders give a wonderful contrast to the bright artwork on both sides of the beads. The cloisonné beads are made completly by hand, so that size, color and pattern may vary a little bit.
