All letters and packages will be controlled by the customs and possibly import tax and customs fees will be calculated. Depending on how much the customs has to process of orders, it may come in the delivery of waiting times. With packages starting from 32 euros, we have already put the import papers together with the shipment. Goods tariff numbers and all other necessary information, such as land of producing will be handed over DHL or shipping company. Therefore, the clearance is of course done faster, and the shipments usually take 4-5 days after delivery to our customers.
