we try to arrange the order procedure for you as simple as possible .If you wish it however, you can order also simply by email under service@magic-and-arts.com. Than you need to note only the part number of the article and the number of items, which you would like to order and send it to our email adress.

If you have a Paypal account you can choose Paypal as payment methode. After finishing your order, you will be leaded to the Paypal website. Log in your account and you will find the order details. You pay, after finishing your payment you can come back to our shop for printing your order confirmation. |

The invoice amount will be shown on your credit card bill with the title: "Magic and Arts / Moers". Your personal data will be encrypted (SSL encryption) while transfering the Internet and for your security (and ours) the creditcard information will be deleted in our system after use. The amount will be charged on the day of dispatch of your order. You will receive an order confirmation, as well as the shipping information by Email. At customer requests is generally within two business days to respond. Keep please order confirmation, you received by email easily accessible, so you always have the possibility of invoice control. You also can look for earlier orders in your personal account in our online shop. You only have to log in and click on "Account". In case of charge back our terminal partner takes 39,00 Euro charges. In case of charge back by any customer without consultation Magic and Arts before, the customer has to pay the costs of charge back alone.
