The consumer has a right of revocation according to German law and EU law. This means, the goods can be returned within one month within Germany and one week within EU, after receipt of the goods, without telling any reasons. The revocation can take place in text form or via return of the goods to:

Important notice: if you return the shipment unstamped it will go back to the sender. Please inform us before, our shipping partner in Germany and EU Europe, Hermes, will pick up the shipment. Otherwise you can give the shipment to the next Hermes shop in your country for free.

We take back the goods only in intact condition and with a copy of the invoice only. All supplied articles must be returned. It is to be made certain, that the goods are protected by sufficient packing, e.g. air cushion of envelopes.

Products which have been produced on your demand cannot be returned.

If the total amount of the order does not exeed 40 Euro, the customer has to take over the costs for return. For orders of more than 40 Euro the cost for return will be taken over by Magic and Arts.
