Revocation

In the EU you have the right to revoke the sales contract within the period of fourteen days without specification of your reasons. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day the customer or a third person has received the goods from the forwarding agent.

In order to revoke from the contract you have to inform us (Magic and Arts - D. Dahlen-Tayab, John Brinckman Str. 19, 18230 Ostseebad Rerik, service@magic-and-arts.com, Tel: +4938296843888, Fax: 038296843889) by printed matter (mail, fax, or e-mail) about your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the attached form but this is not compulsory. You can also find this form on our website http://www.magic-and-arts.com/download2/widerrufs-formular.pdf. We will acknowledge the receipt of your revocation as soon as possible and inform you about further steps. The sole return shipping is not sufficient anymore as a means of revocation.

The compliance with the right of revocation is fulfilled if you inform us in writing within the fourteen days.

The Process of revocation

In case you revoke the sales contract we are committed to refund all payments from your side, shipping costs included. As an exception we will not refund any payments which were caused by individually desired addional shipping costs like for example express or priority shipment. Furthermore we have to refund your payments within the period of fourteen days after having received your revocation of the contract provided we have received the returned goods or a proof that the goods had been shipped within this time. We will use the same form of payment for the refund like you have used for paying the goods unless you want us to use another form of payment. We are not going to charge any additional fees for the refund payment (within EU contries).

We generally do not refund the shipping costs for the return except for return shipments which are sent by Magic and Arts Premium Club members within the EU. We do not accept and refund returned goods which are damaged because of improper use.

    The right of revocation cannot be applied for:
  • B2B contracts. Please contact us by mail or phone and we will try to find a satisfactory solution for both parties
  • Goods which had to be fabricated and/or bought explicitly according to the customer's order
  • For contracts with non-EU customers. Please contact us by mail or phone and we will try to find a satisfactory solution for both parties
